Responsibilities: 1. Providing legal service and legal supports to different teams in the Company; 2. Reviewing contract on a variety of matters including logistics, warehousing, procurement and other commercial matters; 3. Conducting legal research; 4. Monitoring regulatory development in related sectors; 5. Performing other responsibilities assigned by the supervisors. Requirments: 1. 4+ years' experience either in the legal department of a corporation or a law firm; 2. Bachelor of Law Degree, pass China Bar Examination; 3.
