职责描述： We’re looking for an experienced HR Analyst to join our people experience team. Our team uncovers data-driven insights to better attract, develop, motivate, and retain company most important asset – our people. This role will serve as an active partner with HR and functional leaders to perform research and analyses on a broad spectrum of people issues. Examples include employee performance, growth, engagement, diversity, compensation, and retention. You’ll also help develop and refine people processes to make an exceptional workplace even better. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, experience working across a variety of people areas, and experience leading a project team of people analysts. We are looking for someone with strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, and can effectively lead a project team, from both a technical and people leadership perspective. For the latter, the ideal candidate will be a strong coach/mentor, help people leverage their strengths, ensure people are growing in their career, and contribute to the overall positive climate in the team.
Responsibilities • Apply your expertise in people research, quantitative analysis, data science and data visualization to help Volvo recruit, select, grow, and retain talent • See beyond the data to identify solutions that will raise the bar for all things people-related • Collaborate with data engineering and visualization engineers to access and manipulate data, explain data gathering requirements, and display results • Partner with various people teams (e.g., people growth, learning and development, global mobility, benefits) -teams -on people projects to identify and clarify critical people issues, deeply understand our people processes, and analyse data to drive improvements • Bring together Volvo-specific data and outside research to help leaders understand people issues • Communicate statistical analysis and results, along with implications, to technical and non-technical audiences • Guide and shape analysis of people data (ranging from descriptive analysis to multivariate statistical analysis) to meet stakeholders' needs • Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data and business issues
任职要求：• At least 10 years’ experience working for workforces management consulting role, with 15+ HR field working experience • Ability to prioritize workload and multi task with attention to detail • Knowledge of data visualization principles • Experience working with HR/organizational people data (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics and other people analytics metrics), with capability to link biz data with these people data • Stakeholder management experience • Interpersonal and collaboration experience • Coaching and people development experience • 5+ years of experience leading others on analytics projects
