The core task of the None-NEV Policy and Regulation Steering is to steer information, interpretation, impact analysis, risk evaluation, action definition, lobby needs included by policy and regulatory changes.
Three main areas need to be focused on:
1. Drive initial alignment on policies and regulations concerning: information input, interpretation, impact analysis, risk evaluation, action definition.
2. Assign responsibility and/or tasks for the policy and regulation topics.
3. Steer the risk assessment end to end, make sure our company is protected from the risk. If any issue, early communication to top management via risk radar matrix.
4. Prepare regular report to company high-level circles.
Major Responsibilities Steer the assessment of policies and regulations for BBA. Engage all relevant business departments at BBA and request any any necessary feedback to perform evaluations and prepare decision recommendations. Decide upon maturity of policy/standard topics reporting to top management Assign responsibility and/or tasks for the policy and regulation topics. Prepare regular report of the function and reports to management (PPC, BoM) with clear implications and aligned recommendations for counter measures when consequences on BBA business are foreseen.
Qualifications Bachelor degree and above Project management competencies and skills Automotive Product and Production knowledge Intercultural sense and sensibility Communication and presentation skills Financial controlling knowledge and understanding Proficient English, German would be an advantage Automobile Industry Regulatory and Policy analytics competencies Report Writing Skills Experience in Project management Experience in Automotive Product and Production Experience in Industry Policy and Regulation analysis area Experience in legal/compliance/ audit/ business controls preferred.
