Job Mission: A new position to further driving traffic and making marketing plan to expand the online business.
General Purpose of the Job: Online business Marketing campaign planning & traffic driving
Main Responsibility Areas: • Develop JD & Tmall digital marketing & traffic strategy • Oversee the daily promotion activities for both official site and Tmall. • Collaborate with SALOMON BRAND marketing teams as well as other relevant functions to ensure that performance marketing initiatives align with other brand activities in market • Develop and maintain good connections with market platform representatives (e.g., Tmall, etc.) / other partners to drive traffic resource to the business • Collaborate with external parties to develop and manage ongoing results • Develop a seasonal promotion calendar in collaboration with the E-Commerce OPERATION Manager and other internal constituents • Study, analysis and develop new tools/ trends
Role Specific Competencies: Marketing planning: Good understanding of the online business, work out marketing campaigns from BRANDING PERSPECTIVE and implement the ideas in the business to meet both branding and sales demand Performance marketing: Work with the outside partners. E.g., service providers/media to drive quality drive and improve conversion rate to enhance business BD development: Negotiate with various resources to further develop traffic or any other marketing resource to enhance the business
Scope of Work: Good project management and organizational skills - with proven ability to manage multiple tasks Strong interpersonal & communication skills Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
Education: Bachelor’s degree required or advanced degree.
Needed Working Experience: 5 years+ experience in digital marketing or related fields, especially performance marketing 4 years’ experience working at a company that services brands operating e-commerce or in-house experience for an international brand is preferable.
