Duties & Responsibilities: -Develop and implement HR programs, recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, interventions and processes in support of business goals -As business partner to work closely with SBU Leader for organization design, strategy fulfillment, daily operations and proposal -Implement BV HR projects including measurement systems, succession plan, people review and so on to keep to one business model -Develop effective ways of communication channels to make sure that we have proactive communication “down and up” the organization -Heavy involvement in critical and all levels of employee relations issues -Lead and manage day-to-day resources and talent searching for current and future workforce requirement -Design, develop and implement training plan and deliver HR trainings as orientation, Code of Ethic, etc. -Provide HR consultancy support to management team as well as to employees -Provide coaching and development for HR team or selective employees and build a culture of strong leadership, continuing learning and high efficiency for our team members -Ensure consistent HR practices and processes on line with other BV entities -Defining, collecting, analyzing and using indicator data from a variety of sources to identify and drive continuous improvement of HR strategy -Integrate the company quality requirements in HR programs -Follow the internal quality system of BV CPS North China -Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements -Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation. Skills & Requirements: -Collaborates with others to work effectively in a matrix organization across a wide range of functional areas. -Demonstrates strong leadership and team work spirit, and takes affirmative steps to reach out to others. -Actively builds relationships and influences within an ever broadening community including HR Service Center staff, HR Function Managers, and, as needed, business unit managers. -Demonstrates an informed and well balanced level of understanding of HR issues within a broader business context. -Takes lead role in problem resolution. Identifies what needs to be done and takes action before being asked or required to.
