Job requirement/岗位职责： * Consolidate US and EU demand, and assign orders to the replenishment buyer team. Keep the team informed about quality alerts if any, and take necessary preventive actions. 整合美国及欧洲需求并分派订单给返单采购组; 及时整理质量预警并传达相关信息到采购组，采取相应的预防处理措施。 * Follow the change of ASIN and SKU, and keep the buyer team informed with current bar-code types(UPC or FNSKU). 跟踪ASIN以及SKU的变化，并确保返单采购组知晓最新的bar-code类型。 * Oversee order and rework status, ensure QTY, cost, lead time and quality under negotiated payment terms. Analyze MOQ or cost issues if any. 把控订单和返工的进度，保证数量、成本、订单时间以及产品质量如协商条款进行。针对出现的MOQ或成本问题进行有效分析。 * Conduct proactive optimization in cost saving, payment and vendor consolidation. 针对成本、货款以及供应商整合进行积极有效的优化。 * Generate reorder tracking and priority lists for the buyer team，suppliers and QC team to follow , maximizing efficiency in cost and time. 制作返单跟踪以及优先任务清单，用于指导采购组、供应商以及质控组工作，以实现成本时间效率的最大化。 * Based on unexpected issues in suppliers or products, conduct relevant analysis and generate transfer list. And assign transferred orders to sourcing buyers. 针对突发的供应商及产品的异常情况，进行有效分析并制作订单转移清单。并将转移后的订单及时分配给相关的采购组。 * Prepare reorder master file for business development team in HQ. 定期制作返单数据报告并向总部反馈。 *Prepare reorder KPI and map incentive.
任职要求： Qualifications/任职要求： * Bachelor degree holder, major in International trade, E-commerce or Supply Chain management is preferred. 本科或以上学历,主修国际贸易、电子商务和供应链管理优先。 * Must have fluent verbal and written communications skills in both Chinese and English. 流利的中英文口头和书面沟通技巧。 * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and other Finance software related tools. Experience in SAP is a great plus. 精通Microsoft Office(尤其是Excel)和其他财务软件相关工具，有SAP系统订单管理相关模块管理经验者优先。 * 5 years of order management related working experience. Extreme attention in details, great organizational skills & sense of responsibilities. 5年订单管理相关工作经验，极高关注细节度,优秀组织能力及工作责任感。 * A team centered mindset that will fit into our company culture, such a strong willingness to take initiatives to make the change. 积极团队协作意识，并主动采取措施实现积极正面的改变。 * Strong communication skills and be able to ensure effective and timely communication among multiple internal and external parties ( HQ, supply chain planning team, buyer team, domestic warehouse and suppliers). 高效沟通能力，能够确保内外部有效顺畅的沟通。 * A sense of urgency and manage to cope with high-pressure. 乐于面对高压，在紧迫期限内达成任务目标。 *Experience working in supply chain management, business administrative or international trading is buyer is a strong plus. 供应链管理,业务管理或国际贸易相关采购经验优先。
